What if we are unhappy with the new provider?

If we choose to use the new provider and they are not meeting out expectations can we terminate the contract? If so, what should we expect, is there a fee for termination of service? If so, then how much?

Thanks for your question. 


If you were to encounter any difficulty with your provider, our first recommendation is to contact us. We can escalate issues or concerns to the provider directly.


If you still feel that you want to leave the contract, the early termination fee is $99 for the 12 month contract, and $149 for the 36 month contract. 


If there were extenuating circumstances, it is possible that that fee would be waived. Such a situation is very rare. We expect our providers to have a high level of customer service. Providers that fail to meet our expectation for service are excluded from future programs. 


Our current winning provider, Chariot Energy, has worked with us in the past, and we are very confident that you will be happy with them.
