With the outages that happened in the winter of 2021 and 2022, I was just curious how Texpro compares to TXU and other providers and reliability and/or the speed in which service is restored in the event of a outage. I know most of the area is covered by Oncore as far as infrastructure is concerned but that is really the depth of my knowledge on the subject. I wasn't aware of there was any kind of prioritization given to other providers or if it is all from the same source and therefore serviced at the same time. Any clarification on this would expedite my ability to make an informed choice.
