Thank you for your question. If your address is inside an area that is deregulated in which electricity providers entered the market to create more competition by offering different rates, then you can still participate with us even if not in a partnered city. This deregulation means people can choose between approximately 40 different providers and hundreds of electricity plans. However, in the event you are in an area that is not deregulated, then unfortunately you cannot freely choose your own energy provider and cannot participate in this program.
