Hi Fabian,
The database that we use is quite sensitive for making errors. Be aware to make sure that you use the abbreviation for words like avenue, trail or circle.
If this doesn't help, you can also send us a copy of your latest electric bill, and we can see if we can find out what is going on.
Please note: if your house is part of an electric cooperative, you are unable to switch freely between providers.
