4 day difference

so my current electricity contract expires on October 1st. when it says i will receive an offer by october 4th does that mean there is a chance i will receive it before then? like before the end of the month? With prices the way theyve been and not familiar with TPS im probably going to renew with my current company if there is no way to know what you will charge and the have the cheapest offer ive found but like 375 early termination. any advice or insight?

Hi Daniel,

Thank you for your question. All offers will be sent by October 4, but some offers will be sent starting Thursday, September 29. We do not send out the offers all at once, and there are a few reasons for that. The most important reason is to maintain quality of service during that period.

In your situation, we advise to reach out to us a few days after the auction and ask what the rates were. Personal offers will not be ready, but we will know the rates.

The auction is today, so you can email our helpdesk requesting this information, and you will likely receive it by Friday. We can share them with you and then you can decide if you want to wait for our offer email or not. If you view the offer and you know that you want to accept it, then I advise reaching out and letting us know. We will take note of that, and request for your offer to be calculated and sent in the first batches.

Lastly, we negotiate lower than average early termination fees. For this auction we are offering a 24 and a 36-month plan. The early termination fee for both is $149. This, we hope, allows more flexibility to our customers to navigate a challenging market - especially in recent months as we have seen major price increases.

I hope this is useful, let us know if there is anything else we can help you with.
